Description

Our client is looking for a high-level, motivated Business Development Representative with at least 2 years of
experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in generating new leads and driving revenue through
strategic cold calling and email outreach. This is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, results-driven
environment.

⏭️ Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls and cold emails.
- Manage and update CRM platforms with accurate prospect and pipeline data.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings and demos.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the client’s product and market positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of success in cold outreach.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English Level (verbal and written)
- Goal-oriented and highly self-motivated.
