We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support one of our U.S.-based clients. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping manage her day-to-day workflow, keep things running smoothly, and bring a sense of calm and order to a fast-paced work environment.

💪🏻 Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the client’s email inbox (you’ll be her right hand in communications)
- Handle a variety of administrative and organizational tasks
- Assist with basic number analysis and reports, so strong analytical skills are essential
- Support on smaller ongoing projects
- Keep track of follow-ups and responsible parties – stay on top of details!
- Help prioritize tasks and bring clarity to to-do lists
- Be an internal team player – helpful, collaborative, and committed to improvement
- Communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using different platforms and tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Collaborative mindset and desire to support and grow with the team
😊 Non-mandatory skills:
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
