Are you a talented problem solver with a sharp financial mind? We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our FP&A Operations team, where you’ll play a crucial role in transforming the financial journey of our clients!

As part of our team, you’ll partner with customers throughout their onboarding experience, diving deep into their current financial models and processes. Your mission? To elevate and enhance these systems using Abacum, empowering clients to master their new platform with confidence.

You’ll have the exciting opportunity to integrate ERP systems, data warehouses, and sophisticated financial models while collaborating closely with management teams to understand and future-proof their business needs. Your ultimate goal will be to establish Abacum as their go-to, end-to-end financial planning tool.

But that’s not all! You’ll also be a key cross-functional partner, sharing valuable insights that drive innovation in Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

📣 Key responsabilities:


- Seamlessly integrate new clients’ data and systems into the Abacum platform.
- Craft best-in-class financial models to optimize and enhance clients’ existing processes.
- Onboard, train, and support clients, transforming them into Abacum experts.
- Provide impactful ad-hoc financial analysis to empower informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovative new features.

Requirements

- +2 years of experience of FP&A, broader Finance or consulting experience
- The ability to dig deep into the data and think from first principles while delivering the best results
- The desire to work in a client-facing role and the ability to communicate complexity in a simple way to multiple stakeholders
- Experience in conducting analysis and problem-solving with Excel
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and consider all stakeholder needs
- Eagerness to learn fast and ability to adopt an ownership mentality
