Middle Python Developer

👉 About the Role:

We’re looking for a Backend Python Developer who’s obsessed with performance, scale, and clean architecture. You’ll work on the engine behind our video commerce platform—building the systems that make real-time video interaction, analytics, and merchant tools possible. This isn’t a maintenance role. You’ll be helping build new services, optimize what’s already running, and scale up infrastructure that powers some of the fastest-growing brands online.

💪 Responsibilities:
‍
- Write, refactor, and optimize clean, production-grade Python code
- Implement and iterate on GraphQL APIs
- Ensure high availability and performance of backend services
- Collaborate with front-end, product, and AI teams to deploy new features
- Work with containerized deployments in GKE / Kubernetes environments
- Help shape backend best practices and performance benchmarks across the team

‍

- 5+ years of production experience with Python
- Strong expertise in MongoDB, including advanced CRUD operations and query optimization
- Solid working experience with GraphQL APIs
- An eye for performance tuning and clean architecture
- Experience deploying and scaling backend services for high-traffic web apps
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably GKE

😁 Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with the Shopify API
- Experience with Node.js or GoLang
- Exposure to streaming video or real-time analytics systems
- Prior experience in a startup or product-led environment
