- Manage CRM and sales pipeline hygiene.

- Build databases and smart sequences via tools like Smartlead.

- Support sales operations and outreach campaign optimization.



Requirements

- 1+ years in SDR, research, or sales ops roles.

- Experience with CRM tools and outbound strategies.

- Fluent in Spanish, advanced English level (C1)

- Organized, proactive, data-driven.

- Experience in e-commerce, ad tech, or startups.
