💥 Position Overview

⭐ On a typical day, you will …

- Have the opportunity to identify and attract top talent. This may include tasks such as sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

- You may also have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.

- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs.

- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

- Work closely with the Sales team to bring all searches to life and deliver top talent to our clients

- Leverage innovative AI technology to make our recruiting smarter and faster

💪 Responsibilities

- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.

- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.

- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Requirements

- Advanced level of English language - Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields

- 0 years (yes! experience is appreciated but not mandatory) working in areas related to recruitment or human resources.

- Proven track record of being able to work independently and proactively engage in the client-side environment.

- Strong decision-making skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
